4. International Shipping

  • We ship to selected international destinations.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • RawTopic is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or import regulations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days, please contact us at info@rawtopic.xyz.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • RawTopic is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please:
    • Check with neighbors or household members.
    • Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
    • If the issue is unresolved, email us at info@rawtopic.xyz within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
  • RawTopic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package, take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours.
  • For missing items, check the packing slip and contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible claims.
